Liked: Nice hotel and friendly staff
Disliked: The bed was terrible. I have stayed at several hotels in Perth, also way cheaper hotels and sorry to say but the bed on Parmelia is the worst so far.

Disliked: There was some communication issue. I wrote the message to the hotel after the stay, only received a message that they will check, no follow up. It's a disappointed as I had great experience in other Hilton hotel.

Fantastic stay in Perth.

Liked: Honestly, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Perth. My kids had the best time playing in the pool. Being able to buy all the movies for only $35 was brilliant and kept my kids entertained. The staff were all so friendly. This will be our go to hotel from now on.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was great.

Depressing hotel

Disliked: Not sure how to describe this hotel. Despite friendly staff the place is soulless with a depressing brown colour scheme and dated rooms which are definitely in need of some TLCRoom and bedding were clean but actual pillows had a really unpleasant stale smell to them So not terrible but won’t stay again
