Exceptional
Liked: Really comfortable bedClean and quiet Owner was super sweet and accommodating Will be back

Liked: Great proximity to the event we were attending
Disliked: Dirty floor, room stunk badly, all cloth chairs had stains and spills (food??)on them, sheets old and patched with unidentified stain. Didn’t use shower or towels given conditions in rest of the room. No access to reception- had to phone a mobile number to have an elderly woman pass key out through flyscreen door and no-one about when we left otherwise I would have complained directly. Outrageous prices given the squalor of the room. Definitely would not stay here again!

Would recommend this establishment for...
Liked: The room was clean, neat and had all the facilities that was advertised. The staff were friendly and helpful when needed. The room was cleaned and checked every day. The location was excellent to where we wanted to go and see around Hobart.

Parkwood apartment and motel
Liked: It was close to the facility we were attending to, the Arena.Was close to eating at a restaurant. Was very convenient. And had plenty of space for more than 2 people.
Disliked: Nil, the owner was nice to talk to. And the fact you could eat nearby was good
