Disliked: I would have appreciated a pot of coffee rather than a cup from machine. Toast and marmalade would have been appreciated.

Disliked: Policies of having to prebook breakfast and afternoon tea. Severe restrictions on drinks offers. The fact that food is served cold and/or severely burned. Staff attitudes, they give you a bollocking for not adhering to unpublished directives Rooms do not have facilities advertised. Bathroom fixtures falling apart. Room extremely warm with no way of regulating it.Windows dont open = fire hazard
