All in all great place

Liked: Room was large, plenty of space for a family of 4. Close to Disney. Clean. Also location is quiet.
Disliked: Nothing really… the last night was a little pricey but it was a last minute add on and the weekend

We had an excellent stay...

Liked: We loved the location! Close to Disney! Can’t comment on the pool but the room was huge. Ac only went to 70 degrees but it was cold. Couldn’t get the fan in the bedroom to work. Bathrooms were nice. Plenty of space for a family of 4. People at the front desk were super nice. Everything was clean.
Disliked: Only thing really was the parking permit was in a different area than check in and was asked about going see a time share…I think that’s what it was. But they weren’t super pushy.

Decent but not great.

Liked: The suite was very large. It had 2 bed/2 bath with full kitchen, dining and living room and laundry in the unit. The staff were friendly and did seem to care to keep up the place. The room had partial updates with new appliances and furniture. There were all the soaps and towels etc you could need. They offer some fun things like little scavenger hunts for kids and a pool (we didn't use these but they do offer them.) It is pretty close to Disney, which is why we stayed there.
Disliked: The unit was dated and had lots of beige. The carpet was old and and the lighting was too dark for me even with all the lights on. The property was clearly a condo complex that had been purchased and made into a hotel complex (which is fine but the buildings were a bit stark.) There were some housekeeping errors. The housekeeper accidentally left a random bottle of body wash on the kitchen counter and a utensil wrapper in the kids room, as well as a dirty dish mixed in with the cleans. As a side note to this, I used Booking.com to book my stay and accidentally booked an extra night here. I went to the front desk to ask for assistance in reducing my stay/bill and they said they had no way to modify it since I used this platform to arrange my stay. I reached out 2x to Booking.com to see if it was possible to reduce the booking and they didn't even get back to me. I do understand that there are such things as non-refundable bookings, but the lack of care or even a response says a lot. I will be sure to NOT use Booking.com the future, and just use the direct booking options with hotels so that I don't run into this again.
