Parkway Hotel & Spa

Lovely hotel with very friendly helpful staff. Marta in the restaurant is exceptional and it's good to see the other staff looking to her for training in order to give guests quality service. The facilities such as the spa area are an added bonus and the food was good too; our waitress Maddie was very helpful and sweet.

Liked: The staff are exceptional. So helpful. Friendly, always prepared to go above and beyond.
Disliked: You need a car to get everywhere, but on the other hand it is quiet. Overall we love it here.

Liked: Ive stayed quite a few times out of necessity. The pillows Just please could you consider replacing them ?They are old and broken down
Disliked: I ordered room service I had fish and chips.I didn't have to wait long , but it was horrendous So disappointed

Disliked: My room had a winter duvet which In the middle of a hot summer is not aporopriate. This, coupled with a really hot room meant I had to remove the duvet from the cover to sleep.
