Lovely hotel with very friendly helpful staff. Marta in the restaurant is exceptional and it's good to see the other staff looking to her for training in order to give guests quality service. The facilities such as the spa area are an added bonus and the food was good too; our waitress Maddie was very helpful and sweet.

Liked: The location was amazing, the grounds exceptionally tidy and just perfect, the use of the spa facilities was an added bonus, and unlike most hotels in england, the drinks at the bar we very very well priced, will definitely be booking to stay again thank you parkway hotel and spa

Relaxing break with friends.

Liked: Location quiet with beautiful gardens and good car parking. Staff very helpful. Good variety for breakfast (help oneself). Easy to find.
Disliked: Didn't find a lift.

Pleasant spacious property

Liked: Lovely reception staff, nice well-equipped room. room. Beautiful grounds. Ample parking.
Disliked: No comp water in room on arrival (as advertised). Breakfast a bit … chaotic! No meet/greet on arrival, no orange juice on Sat am (the juices were only topped up at about 9.15!). Very few pastries left at 8.35 and again not topped up while we were there. No one asked if we were having continental or cooked breakfast.
