Parkway Hotel & Spa

Lovely hotel with very friendly helpful staff. Marta in the restaurant is exceptional and it's good to see the other staff looking to her for training in order to give guests quality service. The facilities such as the spa area are an added bonus and the food was good too; our waitress Maddie was very helpful and sweet.

Disliked: Large venue with lots of roomy chairs to sit and relax. Outside was beautiful especially with this lovely weather. Pool area was spotless and so relaxing.

Liked: Everything,the staff were all very pleasant,the room was clean and comfortable,we had food at the bar quite late and was very good,the spa was excellent,loved the relaxed layout of the bar with the couches.

Liked: Lovely hotel, if you want modern this isn’t it but it’s what makes it one of the best I’ve stayed at, staff are lovely, pool and garden areas are amazing! Will definitely be back
Disliked: On this occasion the bed was really hard and uncomfortable which is a realShame.

Liked: Comfortable stay. Lovely spa facilities. Great helpful staff.
Disliked: Restaurant not open on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. We were aware of this prior to visit and food was available in lounge bar. Would like to see more vegan options on menu.
