Disliked: The manager didn't do as booking.com advised and, refund the booking. The room was disgusting. Rotten wood on the other side of the dirty bathroom, filthy floors, and an awful smell

Liked: Shower pressure was amazing.
Disliked: Customer service needs work, over a month later I am still waiting for an invoice. The gentleman at desk seemed bothered by me asking for one.

Convenient at a reasonable price

Liked: Very handy location, easy walk to shops, eating and trams. Ample parking.

Liked: Good hot water in shower
Disliked: Soap left in shower soap tray from previous occupant - not a good find.Over half the TV channels had sound but no visuals :( :(Missing knob controls on hot plates does not bode well for someone to use - both stays.

Disliked: Room was not clean, on entry we noticed a bottle cap on the floor, crumbs in the kitchen cupboard, dusty and dirty power point in the kitchen , top of electric jug and jug base had black dust on top. Black dust behind microwave, mould on bottom of shower curtain, cigarette butt in the outdoor area which was also very mossy (slip hazard). Bed was uncomfortable, could hear upstairs tenants flush the toilet and have a shower
