Disliked: Curtains couldn’t open, certain bits needed a good clean and sink in bathroom was cracked

Fair accomodation- Fair price

Liked: Spa bath, king bed, spacious room, kitchenette, free parking, price (3 nights for just under $300). Four eating places right next door. Easy to find.
Disliked: Bed was VERY low, couch was broken. Amount of rubbish on roof (likely from guests emptying their vehicles before leaving) and around building was bit sad. Nothing that wouldn't take a lot to remedy.

Liked: We liked everything about our room. The young lady at the front desk was delightful. The location was great, we loved looking out over Hagley Park. Will stay again when we visit NZ.
