Liked: Loved the location.
Disliked: Unfortunately the bed was very lumpy and hard to sleep on. We couldn't sleep through the night as our backs were getting sore. Part way through the trip my husband tried turning the mattress and that made it a little better.

Liked: The room as spacious and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: I didn't like the after hours check in process. I contacted the property by booking.com message, email and phone to confirm I was able to check in late and did not receive a response. I showed up at 10pm and there was a phone number to call on the front desk, I called and they did not answer. Then I noticed an envelope on the desk with my name on it. The envelope contained my full name, room number and a room key. I was travelling alone and this made me really uncomfortable as there's a quiet possibility that someone could have taken a second key or accessed the room. The foyer was unlocked and shared with a restaurant so it is easily accessible by public, and unattended. Sure I'm probably being hyper cautious but it would be more suitable and not very difficult to contact the guest with the room number, or have a check in lock box with a code provided to guests who are checking in late - to add a layer of comfort and security. The parking garage also didn't spark much comfort or security.. very graffiti ridden and public.
