Parkview Inn & Suites Lancaster Amish Country PA

Country Inn and Suites by Radisson is located less than a mile from the American Music Theater and offers spacious accommodations at a reasonable price. We appreciated having a reduced rate for Seniors. The staff is friendly and provides great customer service. I would recommend Country Inn and Suites by Radisson to anyone seeking a hotel in the Lancaster, PA area.

Liked: The King Room with seating area was roomy, comfortable and well equipped.
Disliked: We would have preferred more hot food items for breakfast, like scrambled eggs with bacon and sausage and home fries. The Belgian Waffle was quite good!

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location couldn’t have been more convenient—everything we needed was just a short walk away, which made exploring the area so much easier and more enjoyable.

Liked: I think the breakfast is just fine.been staying there about 10 years or more.
Disliked: I think sometimes the rates are alittle high..That's why I occasional go through the sites on the web.

Liked: The room was very large, clean, and comfortable. Nice pool and hot tub. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Everything was fine. More multigrain and fresh fruits and vegetables options for breakfast would be nice. Also, less plastics would be good (every single piece of cutlery wrapped in plastic is such a waste).

Liked: I liked the closeness to all the stores and attractions. I also liked the cleanliness of the rooms, and the willingness of housekeeping to make me more comfortable.
Disliked: In stayed for three nights. They were all excruciatingly painful! I have a bad back and sciatica. I couldn't sleep with the teens. They said they didn't have a double queen suite available. I felt every metal slat in that sofa bed. I feel that the couch bed should come with a LOT more padding!

Overal, the hotel looks outdated...

Disliked: Terrible smell in the room. Though we did NOT hang “Do not disturb” sign, nobody came to clean our room. In the evening, when we got back to the hotel, we just asked for clean towels, water, and shampoos, which were promptly delivered. But no formal apologies.

Excellent staff and facility

Liked: Room was and bathroom were very clean.Microwave, mini frig and coffee maker were a plus. Staff was very accommodating for our therapy dog.
