Parkview Inn & Suites Lancaster Amish Country PA

Country Inn and Suites by Radisson is located less than a mile from the American Music Theater and offers spacious accommodations at a reasonable price. We appreciated having a reduced rate for Seniors. The staff is friendly and provides great customer service. I would recommend Country Inn and Suites by Radisson to anyone seeking a hotel in the Lancaster, PA area.

Liked: The King Room with seating area was roomy, comfortable and well equipped.
Disliked: We would have preferred more hot food items for breakfast, like scrambled eggs with bacon and sausage and home fries. The Belgian Waffle was quite good!

Great rooms, but customer service...

Liked: Spacious room, great location
Disliked: # CHECK-INI arrived 40 minutes past the expected check-in time (at 4:40 pm) and my room was not ready. They didn't even start to clean it. I asked how long I should wait. The lady at the front desk replied that she doesn't know and that it may be 30 minutes or even more. I was disappointed and asked about compensation, for example if I can check out later as well, but the lady told 'No'. # POOLMost of visitors have kids. Therefore the pool is crowded.

Disliked: Pool had too much chlorine. I couldn't breathe when I went into pool area.

Liked: Excellent breakfast choices. Spacious suite room. Comfy bed. Restaurants and shopping outlet mall within walking distance. City bus stop nearby. Front desk staff very accommodating and helpful when needing to make changes in reservations.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: We preferred eating breakfast with eggs and bacon and tater tots or French toast etc.

Superb

Liked: The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. There were more than enough towels and linens which was really surprising. And the most surprising aspect was the Continental breakfast that we served. Very very large variety to pick from and kept replenished never ran out of anything. I was more than impressed and happy because my grandchildren and I got a late start and I figured everything would be picked over. The staff are accommodating and friendly.
Disliked: My only dislike was My granddaughter wanted a bath and the drain wooden clothes completely so she couldn't get one.
