Country Inn and Suites by Radisson is located less than a mile from the American Music Theater and offers spacious accommodations at a reasonable price. We appreciated having a reduced rate for Seniors. The staff is friendly and provides great customer service. I would recommend Country Inn and Suites by Radisson to anyone seeking a hotel in the Lancaster, PA area.

Liked: The King Room with seating area was roomy, comfortable and well equipped.
Disliked: We would have preferred more hot food items for breakfast, like scrambled eggs with bacon and sausage and home fries. The Belgian Waffle was quite good!

Liked: Room layout gives a lot of space. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff was very friendly. Good parking. Nice to have the afternoon snack cookies!

Liked: Excellent service started when we entered the door. The wonderful lady who checked in was pleasant and efficient and explained everything very easily and simply and said if you need anything, don’t hesitate to ask.When we got to the room, we asked for a few additional supplies and not only did they bring us exactly what we asked for, they brought us extra. We then realized we needed a few more things. We went down to the front desk. They were very accommodating AGAIN The room was very clean and updated. The beds . were comfortable and it was very quiet at night. In the morning, the continental breakfast was fine. They had a multitude of things to pick from and you could also make your own waffles. It wasn’t large, but it was satisfying. It was also clean and we saw the workers replenishing everything multiple times as fast as they could, as there was a large crowd. All the workers were very pleasant. Next step was the pool which was also very nice. The kids totally enjoyed it and it was very clean. They had towels provided down there. One employee came out and threw the kids a big big nerf football to play with in the pool. Check out was quick, simple and efficient. I would highly recommend staying in this place and when I’m in the area again, I will not think twice about where I’m going to stay. Thank you to everyone - all the staff at the Parkview, you really made her stay enjoyable. God bless you.
