Disliked: No one at the welcome desk. You have to call a number to see the guest manager coming to welcome you.

Great value for money if...

Liked: A tiny hotel with everything you need. The rooms were decent. The aircon was a life savor when it was 36 C* outside and the host and the owner were super flexible and friendly. Free parking outside and a short walking distance to everything "downtown".
Disliked: The rooms for the individual rooms were thin, so I could hear the neighbor breathing in the other room. But since the hotel is tiny, there is only a couple of rooms so it was not a big deal. Not much more to complain about

Disappointing

Liked: -there was nice tea in the koffiebar- the hotel is near a street with shops which might be useful before 18:00 o'clock when almost everything is closed
Disliked: -the hotel was dark and locked everywhere all the time. It felt quite unwelcoming. I had to wait around 10 minutes for the receptionist to open the door after I called the reception.- when I was leaving the hotel in the morning around 7:30, there was no one at the reception (hotel was still locked everywhere) and phone went to voicemail twice. So I had to slide the keycard under the door of my room and leave- the bed wasn't particularly comfortable - my sink was leaking from the drain
