Liked: Paid onsite parking (subject to availability) however there are multiple other parking options very close to the Hotel. Hot water from the taps was instant and continuous. Smart TV accepted my USB stick with movies on it. Elevators were operating quickly and quietly. My room had a 2in1 washer and dryer machine for laundry. Customer Service Desk was great and someone was present every time I went to enquire about anything. During my visit I did not notice any street noise or traffic. Paid breakfast is available if ordered the day before. No unpleasant or strong odours for those you are sensitive to smells. The King bed was the perfect comfort for myself but that is subjective.
Disliked: The Hotel has new management and branding since last time I stayed at the hotel 5 years ago. So I had previous experience and expectations. I wrongly assumed that what I experienced back then would be the same now. I was wrong. During this particular stay the kitchen / restaurant was not operating so couldn't order room service or dine in the in-house restaurant - I should have read the website more thoroughly first. The Smart TV's did not have the Netflix app installed but they did support Chrome casting which my phone doesn't support so it was fortunate that I had a USB stick with movies preloaded onto it which did work on the Smart TV. My particular room did not provide dressing robes (not sure if they provide that anyway) I honestly don't remember how noisy the hotel was last time but this time I could hear all sorts of thumps, bumps, noises and people tho I admit that Im more sensitive to such things and others may not have an issue with it. In total most of my disappointments were based on assuming things would be the same as several years ago and is no fault of the new management. So remember to do your due diligence first and read the website in full and read current reviews.

Disliked: A staff member hung up on me before I finish the phone call, they have a big space downstairs at the restaurant but no breakfast or meals available, needed to spend outside (the breakfast served at the room doesn’t worth the cost).
