Nice hotel and location for...

Liked: The location is great, especially liked the lake view room. We appreciate the city bus service that takes you into downtown area.
Disliked: I have stayed at this hotel in the past and it provided continental breakfast which is a factor in staying there, it was not offered this time and we were told it is seasonal (but this is the same time of year we have stayed before) Also, the restaurant in the hotel is just eh. Would not eat there again but they do offer happy hour drinks to take to the beach

Liked: The pool, the beach, good location, in-room safe, nice pool n hottub, coffee n tea in the lobby
Disliked: Breakfast was supposed to be included but they charged 11$, breakfast was so weak I ate out side, no fresh fruit or veggies or bacon for breakfast the sausage looked old, no snacks during the day, not enough staff to answer questions or pay for breakfast handle phone questions.

Liked: Love the location being right on traverse bay. The room space was enough for our family of 5 to sleep comfortably. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean.
Disliked: Wish the pool was a little warmer. Please bring back the complimentary continental breakfast!

Disliked: opened balcony door and was inundated with insects.answer from staff. “it happens”. and i was handed a can of RAID to kill them. it was disgusting and no offer to help or clean up from the staff
