Hated it! Will never stay...

Disliked: The bed was two twins put together which is fine but the join in the middle of the bed was all you could feel all night and the beds started to separate throughout the night we may as well of had two separate beds for a good nights sleep.The service was beyond slow; half an hour we waited to get check in even with the property prebooked!The holding deposit for incidentals took 3 weeks to be refunded after being passed around through various staff & numerous phone calls to find out what was taking so long.Service - What service!Paid for car parking and had to just park along a wall not an actual parking space when then made it incredibly difficult to maneuver to get out the next day.Whilst in the carpark we saw the hotel attendants getting additional beds from a caged storage area, the beds weren't even covered up to be protected they were just wheeled out of this cage just disgusting!

Liked: Location in vicinity to stadium
Disliked: Temperature was too hot even when air conditioner was on lowest setting and no air. Had to go to the foyer and outside for some air during the night because I couldn?t sleep due to the heat. Paid for breakfast but didn?t open until 7am on Sunday and we needed to leave before then. I had looked online and it said 630am. This was one of the reasons I booked here. Reception said there is nothing I can do because I had already paid; fair enough but it still did not make for a nice experience.
