Exceptional service.

Liked: Staff were exceptional. From taking our bags prior to check in, engaging with my toddler, and having our bags already when we came back to check in. Staff were kind and welcoming. They helped me when our food bag split and I was struggling to carry it. When our room was unavailable to be cleaned due to the toddler napping, they came back later without us even mentioning it.

A very nice hotel in...

Liked: This is a very nice hotel in an excellent location. You can easily walk uptown, midtown, to Chinatown, Darling Square and anywhere in Darling Harbour. My room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. There is a feeling of calm here and the staff are all lovely. I had club access. The canapés here were excellent, as was the atmosphere and view. I ordered room service a couple of times and the food exceeded my expectations. Very tasty, with generous portions.
Disliked: There wasn't really anything I didn't like. My only suggestion is that perhaps the staff in the club lounge could be a little more generous with drinks. On my second visit to the club lounge, I would have liked a second glass of wine but nobody offered one. But overall, I loved it here and look forward to returning.
