Liked: Nothing except the location
Disliked: I didn't stay because the receptionist insisted on payment in advance which I wasn't prepared to do. I have had previous experiences at the Parkmore of inadequate facilities in rooms and terrible service at breakfast

A little disappointing

Liked: The pool
Disliked: The heat in our room and the fan we was given sounded like a helicopter, then when I ordered mocktails for my daughters the bar maid gave them cocktails

Location good staff pleasant, disappointed...

Liked: Room was fine. disappointed with breakfast as do not wish to have to use a tea bag in a cup! Expected a teapot or coffee pot brought to me. You had plenty of staff to do this .
Disliked: Having to make tea with a tea bag and hot water and having to toast my own toast.
