Enjoyable

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful, we enjoyed using the gym and pool and sauna. Breakfast was well cooked and our room was large and everything was clean.
Disliked: Facilities were a little dated in places but hotel is in a good location and is good value for money.

The primary mission and core...

Liked: VFM and facilities:Value for money and had a lot to offer at the venue.e g. OK restaurant, bar, gym, swimming pool, sauna and a nice garden.The lounge was a good space to chill out. Good on-site parking.Staff and Customer Care::The staff are keen and attentive, and the checking and checkout process a breeze. The luggage storage service is very handy. A very good reception team, conveniently located in foyer and meeting lounge and serviced throughout the day and evening. Housekeeping is a good standard and daily as standard or not if that preferential to the customer.. Location and Transport:The location is good for the railway station, and there is an excellent bus service and bus stop by the main entrance to the hotel.. Taxis available.Plus One:We liked the breakfast options, including the kippers!The bar is a bonus and handy for the lounge and garden.
Disliked: No lift.Decore a little dated and worn.The bedrooms can be quite warm, but windows were able to be opened.No fridge.Wall power sockets inconveniently placed in the bedroom.

Clean hotel but rooms need...

Liked: Good location, clean and friendly staff.
Disliked: Rooms need updating, Driveway to car park needs resurfacing lots of potholes.

Value for Money One night...

Really good - friendly staff...

Liked: Location is good near Yarm. Staff at reception, bar and cleaning staff were super friendly
Disliked: Can be too warm in the room if there are no fans when it gets hot.
