Location good staff pleasant, disappointed...

Liked: Room was fine. disappointed with breakfast as do not wish to have to use a tea bag in a cup! Expected a teapot or coffee pot brought to me. You had plenty of staff to do this .
Disliked: Having to make tea with a tea bag and hot water and having to toast my own toast.

Perfect location, price and amenities...

Liked: The Birdcage restaurant was lovely, food was amazing. Staff friendly and helpful with picking and recommendations off the menu.The food itself was exceptional in presentation and taste.Prices range but all are reasonable.
Disliked: The bed was very soft and pillows very flat.

Disappointing, again.

Liked: It's in a nice area, easy to get to. Some staff were professional.
Disliked: There was issues with the pool and spa, have contacted the hotel directly as they have been removing negative comments from other guests from the same night, they have ignored me. Honestly for the price it's a disgrace. The food in the restaurant is lovely but service wasn't great, staff were more interested in chatting and having a laugh in the kitchen then serving anyone, again, other guests also commented on this.

Changes need to be made

Liked: The spa was decent and the cleaning staff were friendly.
Disliked: The receptionist was unwelcoming, had to wait 2 hours for an iorn. The room was hot and no remote for the air-con, sleepless night. Won’t be staying again.

Good

Liked: Friendly staff,wedding guests really embarrsing, using foul language in front of their children, not caring about other guests hearing them.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't as good as normal, had to wait quite a while for orange juice to be replaced.
