Disappointing

Disliked: The room smelt of a mixture of mould and the Asian food from down stairs. The bathroom had mould in it. The hairdryer kept stopping and over heating,the roof was leaking over the stairwell which you had to go down when you left. Wouldn’t stay there again nor recommend it

Liked: Great place, handy with the Vietnamese restaurant downstairs so no need to hunt for somewhere to eat.
Disliked: The cleaners need to give it a vaccuum behind furniture and wipe the skirting boards, but otherwise happy with the room and nice bathroom. Some decent size mugs wouldn't go amiss instead of squitty little cafe tea cups.

Never to be considered again

Liked: Vietnamese Restaurant is excellent
Disliked: Dirty room from floor covering, shower cubicle indicate no cleaning standard. Outside main entrance windows and support railing covered in red liquid that was caked in, disgusting appearance.Lift only operates between 9am and 9pm, very difficult for elderly people like us to negotiate stairs with luggage when lift not open at 9am.No management on site to vent frustration.
