Very good

First class, faultless.

Liked: Huge rooms, huge modern bathrooms, very clean and windows you can open for fresh air.Breakfast was superb and staff were very friendly and helpful.The gym was great too. No complaints.

Lovely and great stay only...

Liked: The bedrooms were lovely and big in size it was great having access to the spa facilities as well, they have a restaurant within the hotel called Michael’s, me and my partner went to this and it was lovely reasonably priced pretty much same prices of food if you had to go out into Glasgow for a meal, the staff were great and all seemed friendly enough but would like to point out about the receptionist who was on shift when we arrived I apologise I don’t remember her name but she was great it was my birthday whilst we were there and she gave me a birthday card and was one of the first people to wish me a happy birthday in the morning whilst we were having breakfast so that made my day so thank you for that
Disliked: The only thing that let it down for myself and my partner was the fact in our room there was a door that leads into the bedroom next door granted it was locked so if there was anyone in the room beside us they couldn’t get in we just felt a little uncomfortable with this and it made the room feel less sound proof as we could hear the people beside us even having a conversation if we didn’t have our tv on and one of the top reasons I liked the idea of the spa facilities was the fact they had hot stone beds when we went they were out of order which was a little disappointing, apart from the door in the bedroom and the hot stone beds we had an amazing time and would definitely be back

Excellent. Great value for money.

Liked: My sister and I absolutely loved our stay at Parklands. The room was large with a lovely bathroom. It was in immaculate condition.The spa facilities were lovely. All staff were friendly. We had dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed lovely cocktails. Would definitely visit again.
Disliked: Our only issue was that the heated beds in the spa were out of order. I was a bit disappointed as I was looking forward to trying them.
