Nice rooms, super staff, great...

Liked: Good location for a concert at Hampden, friendly staff, clean room
Disliked: The bed was hard, not able to control temperature, and there was no bathroom floor towel. I had requested (twice) the swan towels and rose petals, but this wasn't done. Signage to hotel car park could be better especially in the dark

Liked: Good location for visiting family in Giffnock. Plenty of parking. Lovely, spacious room. Restaurant was ok.
Disliked: Noise from the bathroom fan which is very loud and permanently on.

Liked: I have stayed in Parklands a few times now and I cannot fault it .The service is second to none ,the staff a very friendly and attentive shows good management. The hotel it's self is decorated to a lovely standard and really good facilities, house keeping is exceptional to a high standard ..The food in the restaurant is delicious and a good range on the menu .I look forward to my next visit .For anyone who likes shopping there is a small shopping centre close by in the town also a five minute walks brings you into a beautiful country park with lovely walks .I come here for respite and I always leave refreshed and happy and I would definitely recommend a stay here .

Nice hotel. Good breakfast.

Disliked: Only issue was lack of air con in the room. The weather was very, very hot (27 degrees) and, despite having the window open, it was unbearably hot through the night. Better night 2 as we were able to get the use of a fan.
