nice hotel, we will come...

Liked: Room was a little small for 4 persons buty worked out fine.Als very petfriendly which we liked very much.Icecream for the kids was a winner.
Disliked: Rooms were a little warm to hot since the aircon was not on yet.

Exceptional

Liked: Big room, comfy bed, seating area. Great staff. nice decor.
Disliked: fridge in the room not very cold, a bit of noise from the street.

Liked: + Very friendly staff+ Very efficient check-in & check-out; plenty of business hotels could learn from this+ Great breakfast and impressed by the staff replenishing everything while so many guests are descending on the breakfast like a swarm of locusts+ Very convenient system with the automated blinds to keep the light out of the room+ Great shower
Disliked: Not the nicest area of Oberhausen, not that many restaurants around, at least not within walking distanceParking tends to fill up quite fast; luckily there's free parking in nearby streets

Liked: Staff were super friendly & helpful, all spoke Engligh. Room was immaculate. Was able to get an early check in as requested, and charging for electric car. Great breakfast and facilities, would stay there again x
