Disliked: Room we were originally assigned to had not be cleaned. Desk staff was apologetic and assigned us to a different room.

Liked: Kara, at the front desk was awesome. When we checked-in, she noticed that we were from AZ, and she said she use to live in Mesa. She also helped me later in the evening when my wife needed salt to gargle with for a sore throat, she went back to the kitchen to get me some.
