Disliked: I was offered an upgrade to my room for additional amount which I did and ended up getting charged for 2 rooms instead of 1, the hotel says they had no cancelation but would not be since I did an upgrade. Dea Elaine Kuether

Liked: The location was perfect. The breakfast options are better than most places with plenty of hot food options.
Disliked: We had to change rooms due to a TV issue. We went from a king room to a room with 2 queen beds. It wasn't as comfortable as the king room. It was larger and not as cool as the king room.

Disliked: Air conditioner was a little noisy but not enough for me to not come again.

Liked: The swimming pool is always nice. Stayed here multiple times and have enjoyed it. This time was a little different.
Disliked: I didn't like the manager calling me and threatening that if I didn't show up she was going to charge my card anyway. This is a fact at most hotels, you didn't need to call me. When I stated "I'm looking at the hotel right now" she stated I hope so, cause I don't want to have to be mean about charging you. At 7 a.m. there was not any coffee, went to front desk and stated that I didn't know where the breakfast person was. She said it was her. I told her there was not any coffee, she promptly got up and started the brewing. However, she was on her phone sitting in a corner where she was not easily seen. My thought was, well get off your phone. Later, around 8:15 went down for breakfast, again, no coffee or orange just. Several people were complaining. Again, went to the desk, where she was on her phone. I told her about the no coffee or juice, she said okay. Went and got her manager and they both started restocking the breakfast items.Out of kleenex in the room, the box was empty when we showed up.
