Would not stay again, but...

Liked: Roof Top Bar
Disliked: Facilitys closed, poor quality rooms. mouldy breakfast items that were not addressed.

Not worth the price

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The hotel is quite far from the city centre, despite what they have written on the description. Room was very small. WiFi was really really slow, we were even unable to order food using it (Uber eats). TV was not smart and we were unable to watch netflix. Breakfast was included but they were very stingy with it: no more than one cup of tea or coffee and if you wanted another one, you had to pay extra. The usual breakfast included one sausage (rather small) and I asked for 2 more because my kids (4 and 2 yo) wanted them and the waitress charged $7 dollars to our room (for 2 small sausages!!!). Very money orientated hotel and staff. I don't recommend it.

Great hotel with great facilities...

Liked: The hotel had all the facilities you could ever want for a short stay in Vancouver. Excellent location and the hotel offers a transfer service to the centre of town. The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel also had parking which we really neededThe hotel also has a rooftop bar which is fantastic and we were lucky to be there on a sunny day so sat outside. The options/prices were excellentI would definitely recommend this hotel
Disliked: The only slight issue is that the service at breakfast was very slow, and rge choice of breakfast options were quite limited. However the staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much much trouble

Exceptional

Fabulous stay!

Liked: We loved the friendly service from all staff we met. Very grateful of being able to check in early and Keti was so welcoming and helpful providing lots of information about places to visit when we checked in. Wagner was so friendly and welcoming on the door and loved that they offered a drop off/pick up service if you were wanting to get somewhere relativity close by. We had breakfast included ..and it was nice not to have a buffet..though to have the choice from five options off the breakfast menu. We stayed with two children and the room was perfect and beds so comfortable! The rooftop bar was amazing great atmosphere. Location perfect, easy 2min walk to a great cafe and supermarket ..and about 10 min walk to the water.
Disliked: Not a big deal, though on our second day, we got back to the hotel after a day out and the cleaners hadn't been..they came around 3.30 that day. Otherwise can't fault the hotel..highly recommend!

Liked: Location was great for me; plus free shuttle to Port, to join my cruise.Loved the Rooftop Bar!Very comfortable bed; lovely corner room.
Disliked: The price is ridiculous! But I understand most hotels in Vancouver are very expensive. But why??? You will price yourselves out of the market!!
