A relaxing , friendly hotel...
Liked: the staff at front desk were incredible friendly and very helpful! this was my first time traveling to Vancouver and the front desk staff. during the day and night were the best! as well Lya from the breakfast restaurant was really warm and a great restaurant manager !! thanks for making trip!! I will come back here and highly recommend this fantastic hotel!

Liked: Great staff they helped out a lot. Valet/shuttle service was great and very convenient.
Disliked: The original room we were in was not well insulated, was a bit loud due to the highway and cold. Was able to get a room change to face away from the highway.

Liked: I really like the hotel close to parks grocery store restaurants and downtown. Roof top bar is awesome! Staff was great and 2pm check out is the best!
Disliked: My issue was with the curtains in my not closing to shut out the night/ morning light! Second being a window not sealing properly to shut out the construction noise!
