Liked: Very basic, which was fine. Clean. I only needed a bed and shower for one night
Disliked: Hot water at bathroom sink was non existent

Liked: Staff always friendly. Its close to Arcobar which is good.
Disliked: Im Qld lady & i should of asked for extra blanket as its cold in Melb. The door needs a draft blocker to help with cold nights.

Liked: It was clean and a affordable and convenient for what we needed it for
Disliked: The beds probably need the mattresses replacing but for the price it’s hard to complain cheers

Liked: Spa was good. Bed was fairly comfortable.
Disliked: It was the ugliest room I have ever stayed in.Someone with a key to our door repeatedly tried to enter our room. Despite the lock chain being in and still an hour left before checkout. They did not even knock.

Liked: Location is close to where we we are going.
Disliked: Cups and saucers are greasy with food from the last oocupant. It is mentioned not to leave dirty dishes/cutlery and will charge a fee, but there's no dish liquid provided.

Adequate

Liked: Convenient location for what I needed. quiet. Free parking.
Disliked: Very run down. Heating in one room didn't work and had to change rooms. All just a bit too run down.
