Good

Liked: Location is close to where we we are going.
Disliked: Cups and saucers are greasy with food from the last oocupant. It is mentioned not to leave dirty dishes/cutlery and will charge a fee, but there's no dish liquid provided.

Liked: Convenient location for what I needed. quiet. Free parking.
Disliked: Very run down. Heating in one room didn't work and had to change rooms. All just a bit too run down.

Disliked: The whole room needs a thorough, deep, clean. I could not use the oven or cooktop as it was filthy, the bathroom grout is discoloured/ mouldy
