Don’t even think about it!!!!

Liked: Room was large. Plenty of parking. Ground floor entry
Disliked: Absolutely filthy to the point I was shocked. Putrid kitchen facilities which had not been cleaned for months I suspect. Bathroom benches or glass shower walls not cleaned from previous guests. Gardens overgrown and unkept. Home made bong in garden outside room. Worst place I have stayed in Australia.

Liked: There were no breakfast options
Disliked: There was no greeting or welcome! The man at the desk was rude, grumpy, unpleasant, demanded to make and keep a copy of my card after I paid him. He then rudely demanded a $100 deposit in case we did a runner! His manner was rude, dour, ‘do as I say or go away’. He gave no instructions about where to find our room! We went to look for our room and couldn’t find it w out instructions and returned to be grunted at…. When later we went to inquire about internet (not available) he had left the office prior to the 8pm office closing time. Once in the room information folder had nothing in it!

Disliked: Room was dirty, first thing upon walking in, found someone’s wallet on floor in plain view, who stayed a month ago! Toilet was dirty, floors were dirty, microwave dirty,oven was putrid! Heater barely worked at all. I went to front desk with wallet and asked if the room had actually been cleaned? All he asked was if the bed was made. And that he would tell housekeeping. I actually walked to the supermarket for cleaning products and disinfectant wipes just so I could use the cooking facilities and bathroom! I should have charged them a cleaning fee!No offer to rectify the situation.
