Liked: Nice clean room, bed was very comfy and close to all amenities,
Disliked: We had a room that faced onto the road so could hear all the traffic during the night

Lovely corner spa bath in...

Liked: Receptionist was helpful and friendly when I booked in the afternoon and arrived later that night. Corner spa bath in Studio Room kept its heat well and was lovely, so was the shower. Amenities were very good. View of road and Rugby Park across the road so this place must be for people attending rugby matches.
Disliked: The odd noisy car going along the road on a Friday night.

Liked: Receptionist was lovely and welcoming. Room was clean. Spa and pool were both tidy and clean.

Great location and very comfortable...

Liked: Very clean unit with excellent facilities in the unit which were all clean. This is an excellent location for Chiefs fans and we will be back to stay when they are playing!! The pool and spa were fantastic. Great to supply shampoo etc but maybe some bubbles for the spa could be an idea as well.
Disliked: It was said breakfast could be purchased however we were not offered this and could not see anything at reception where it was stated we could find information about breakfast. This was one of the main reasons we chose this place so we didn't have to worry about breakfast. We couldn't access the sauna and no information was provided on how to access this or if it was out of order.
