Clean, functional and good place...

Liked: Easy check-in, park right outside room, clean linens and towels, hot water works, fridge, microwave, 2nd sink, relatively quiet, coffee maker,
Disliked: stale room smell (went away with some febreeze), bed was comfy but could have been softer, carpeting is really old. door security was ok, but should be better, heard doors slamming at 6AM

Good housekeeping was really nice...

Liked: Room was clean but bathroom was so small and the way the door was hung on made difficult to move around. Shower was slippery needed new stickies to the bottom, countertop was plentyful. Two incidents one was a guests son was caught breaking into a car, the 2nd a gentleman tried to open my door one night, I notified the front desk hostess just said oh he must of gotten the rooms mixed up, note numbers are on the wall next too the door, it was still daylight out. The room I had needs a good remolding new windows, carpeting, ect. No laundry facility, I had a quiet room could not hear traffic, bed was confortable, but its time to rid of keys and go digital to open doors. Needed new curtins, property was kept clean grass cut. plenty of parking, over all I would return but the property needs updating . Roofs look fairly new and heating and cooling system were good. A breakfast bar would be great.
Disliked: Needs remolding, no laundry facility, needs breakfast bar and possible security camera's on buildings.

Liked: This is my third year coming here as I take my kids to nearby Canobie Lake so the convenience is great

Convenient, comfortable basic motel room...

Liked: Clean room, comfortable beds, quiet environment, courteous staff
Disliked: Shower temperature controls a little finicky. No access to cable sports (NESN) on TV
