Liked: Hotel was absolutely fine, however some of the other guests had no respect for other peoples stay. Banging and slamming doors

Liked: It is clean place. Beds are comfortable.
Disliked: When we came the Light went off.No hot water.There is no staff whom you can talk to

Liked: Clean rooms, good size, good amenities.
Disliked: No lift, so had to carry all our luggages 2 flights.

Nice for our family of...

Liked: We stayed in a two room family room, and there was plenty of space. There is one oscillating fan and a heater which is nice if the weather doesn't cooperate. My only complaint was the comfort of the beds and pillows. Not really a complaint as they were fine, but pillows could be replaced. Instructions for self check in were clear and easy and the place was quiet and secure, overlooking green space. I recommend getting breakfast down the street at Bijou on the Links.

Disliked: First room very darktorn seating area with stuffing coming out Beds uncomfortable got moved to another room which was bigger and brighter with comfortable beds but walls dirty

Not recommended at all.

Disliked: The room given to us has a leakage and we contacted the management to help us with this. They suggested us to transfer room for a night and then go back the next morning which is really difficult given we have a lot of things and we have a baby with us. We then agree that we will just stay in the room but asked for a compensation on this. However, now that we requested it, they are now declining this.
