Exceptional

Good

Liked: Great location with two bus lines that took you into the city right outside. Nice big room, and having the parking out back made it very convenient. Big Tesco and other shops with a few minutes' walk was handy. Easy to check in and staff were responsive with communicating.
Disliked: TV wouldn't work well with the picture stalling sure to poor reception. I did message when asked if everything was OK and was told someone would check, but no one did. Housekeeping was advertised but didn't receive it with a two night stay.

Liked: Bathroom lock was not working
Disliked: Bathroom lock was not working, contacted staffs , but we're not able to help since technician had left before 3 pm check in time.

Disliked: The beds were uncomfortable, pillows were thin and 1 pillow was provided per person

Liked: One night lots of noise from the room aboveLast night in hotel unfortunately power cut which was not the hotels fault but was handled well by the Hotel I made a phone call advising them of the problem and got a text message back to me.
Disliked: Maybe a facility for breakfast would be great

Liked: Hotel was absolutely fine, however some of the other guests had no respect for other peoples stay. Banging and slamming doors

Disliked: When we came the Light went off.No hot water.There is no staff whom you can talk to
