Liked: Comfortable, clean, friendly & helpful staff.
Disliked: The remote control on the tv , another mirror other than just the one on the bathroom - would have been nice

Liked: The shower, and the window placement
Disliked: The AC was weak, and barely cooled the room down. As well as the window was dirty which made the veiw, way less appealing

Would stay again

Liked: The room had been renovated and was beautifully done. We had a king suite facing the river on the top floor
Disliked: Hand rail in shower. was missing

Liked: The river view is second to none
Disliked: A bit pricey but that seems like most hotels these days

Liked: 1. Location2. Renovation was nicely done, but still in need of new windows.
Disliked: 1. As per usual, with the Park Town, the rooms are just a bit warm. Even with turning the thermostat as low as it would go, it was too warm. 2. It is super annoying that there is no discount for breakfast. Vouchers only available for those who book directly with the hotel.

Comfortable, pleasant

Liked: The facility is quiet, clean and in a great location.
Disliked: I like to be able to use stairs in a hotel, both for exercise and because I don't like being enclosed in elevators. That seemed to cause difficulty, perhaps due to construction so I used the elevator.

Liked: The staff were awesome.The location was excellent.
Disliked: The new shower was not comfortable for Seniors! We had visitors and we had to visit downstairs! The TV remote was unbelievably hard to use, the coffee machine did not work and it was difficult to figure out how to use it!
