Good

Liked: Staff very accomodating. Nice location.
Disliked: Area of hotel is getting rougher. Hotel needs updating. Room was not very clean, old windows. Computer wasn't working on chrck in. Elevator buttons didn't work well.

quite okay.

Liked: its close by downtown. very accessible.
Disliked: no microwavetoilet fixture and vanity quite outdatedno exhaust fan on our bathroomno handheld showerdoor stopper for the bathroom door is right in front of tub when you get out and you could almost step on it.

Great Place to Stay

Liked: Very accommodating staff even with a room upgrade. Four Seasons Amazing food, We really enjoyed staying there, and would consider staying there again.
Disliked: above parking sucked. The hotel was full and made above parking difficult. You pay 15.00 to park but end up parking on the street . That is the only thing that needs to be improved.
