Liked: Good location. Both pools & lazy river appeared clean.
Disliked: There was mold all over the ceiling in the room & bathroom. Bathroom didn’t appear to even be cleaned from previous booking because there was used soap still in the shower. The room smelt like an ash tray & I had to ask a worker for fresh towels because they skipped over our room.

Worst experience ever

Disliked: It didn't match the picture maintenance just walked in our room unannounced. went to talk to the clerk about it he said what do you want me to do about it. Then he said he gave us a refund but instead charged us twice and told me to go to my bank to dispute it because he didn't think he charged me twice.

Disliked: Hot tub not working after receiving message it was. Bottom of pools and lazy river were nasty, no floats for lazy river. Room smelled very musty and hair dryer didn't work. Was told they were sending one to our room and we would be receiving complimentary nights stay, neither happened. We will not be staying there again!! 2nd disappointing visit in less than a month
