Please remodel and do better.

Liked: The staff was friendly and the breakfast. It was also close to see the fireworks.
Disliked: Indoor pool nearly boiled you to death it was so hot! Hot tub jets didn't work. Only one set of elevators were usable. The carpets in hallways were nasty...first thing I'd do is get rid of all it.

Liked: Good location. Both pools & lazy river appeared clean.
Disliked: There was mold all over the ceiling in the room & bathroom. Bathroom didn’t appear to even be cleaned from previous booking because there was used soap still in the shower. The room smelt like an ash tray & I had to ask a worker for fresh towels because they skipped over our room.

Worst experience ever

Liked: Good location
Disliked: It didn't match the picture maintenance just walked in our room unannounced. went to talk to the clerk about it he said what do you want me to do about it. Then he said he gave us a refund but instead charged us twice and told me to go to my bank to dispute it because he didn't think he charged me twice.
