Perfect Location and Great people....

Liked: Central Location near to everything, the staff was always thoughtful and willing to help. There was water available in the floor hall and this saved us a lot of time to get water walking around town.The terrace was incredible and the Bryant Park view was great. We will definitely come back and stay here.One special mention/thanks to Kenia who helped us since we arrived until we left. She is awesome.
Disliked: The glass door of the shower box was leaking water, so the bathroom was getting very wet. But this is a very small issue. Maybe add a breakfast option, it would be great to have breakfast with the Bryant Park view.

Liked: Great location, friendly staff, comfy rooms and a decent size!
Disliked: The only thing was not having an actual shower gel in the bathroom, it was a bar of soap. This is minor though but it’s something I noticed. Also not having a kettle in the room and a fridge was abit annoying but again, not enough that I wouldn’t recommend!

Relaxing hotel just minutes away...

Liked: Great location just minutes from Times Square and Broadway whilst being a little quieter with the park next to it. Friendly and efficient staff.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: ‏. My wife and I were visiting New York to celebrate our anniversary, and we had high expectations based on the booking we made. Unfortunately, our experience fell significantly short. ‏Here are the key issues we encountered:‏- **Room Allocation:**‏ - We booked a King room on a high floor with a view.‏ - Upon arrival, we were given a room facing a wall with 5% view.‏ - We were ultimately placed in a very small room on a low floor with a small bed, which did not match our reservation.‏- **Service:**‏ - The staff was not accommodating or helpful.‏ - We had to wait until 5 PM to check into the initial room, which was unacceptable.‏ - We had to switch rooms again later in the evening, causing further inconvenience.‏- **Value for Money:**‏ - The hotel was extremely expensive.‏ - Considering the high cost, the service and room quality were far below our expectations.‏ - We believe we could have received much better value at other hotels.‏Overall, our stay was very disappointing and not reflective of the standards we anticipated. This experience has left us very unsatisfied, especially considering it was a special occasion for us.
