Fine, wouldn't stay again though
Liked: Room was clean, everything was in reasonable condition. Free onsite parking, daily room service. Location close to Children's Hospital. Tram stop close by.
Disliked: Very cramped room, nothing inviting about the outside of building nor the stairs in apartment blocks. Only one key with security gate operating from 8pm to 8am was frustrating. TV in room had a dvd player but no access to Netflix etc although it did connect to internet. Just getting free to air working was difficult. Seating for 4 at dining table but impossible to actually seat 4 people. The lounge area was just the second bedroom so it was not much more that a motel with kitchen facility. Heat lights in bathroom hanging out of holder. No where to hang 4 wet towels.

Overall stay was good and...
Liked: Location is very convenient for our purposes. Safe, lockup car park. Very clean unit. Very helpful staff.
Disliked: Room was very cold - better after using aircon. Extremely cold bed with summer sheets in freezing, cold winter temperatures. Would be good to at least, have an electric blanket. Locals may cope ok with cooler temperatures but very uncomfortable coming from QLD.Also having a small microwave would be convenient.Extremely noisy next-door neighbours at 2:00am - 5:00am - shouting and slamming the front door. I’m sure that there is a noise policy, which was ignored.
