Great location and perfect room...

Liked: Room amenities, location and friendly staff.
Disliked: Did notice in the cupboard there was hair that had not been vacuumed up and when moving chairs around found a dummy. The walkways up to the rooms could do with some attention but we understand the motel is being renovated so perhaps that is all on the cards to come.

Liked: The location was perfect for appointments at hospitals and location to trams and the city.
Disliked: Beds were uncomfortable and rooms cold. Had to sleep with heaters on 30° all night to be able to sleep without freezing.

Passable

Liked: The staff were friendly and was easy to check in. I liked the free parking and the security of the gate closing at night was good. The apartment was a good size.
Disliked: The "ground floor" apartment was actually up a flight of stairs. Lots of noise from other tenants can be heard and nothing is near the location, you need a car. There was lots of rubbish, tarps and paint lying around for renovations. I found it odd that for a serviced apartment, staff when in and turned off the air con, added fresh towels but didn't make the bed. The towels were old and frayed.
