Room with no view

Liked: It was unique and really nice hotel which looked more like mini condos from outside setting. Loved the brick backsplash - bed was comfy. Shower had good water pressure
Disliked: So we checked in and the front desk clerk was expecting us. We were given key card to access the room on first floor mud courtyard. We had to rise early to drive back to Miami. As I am sleeping my husband awakens me because someone is accessing the room with a key card why if we are in unit already. He was able to block the door and we had to call from our cell phone,My husband demanded a change in rooms plus to have night agent come in person regarding the room keys and to accompany us to new unit. This is like 2 am in morning and we needed to up and on road by 6-6:30 am this was annoying. We never felt so violated how did they check two people into the same room ( when we clearly) already in the room- it could had been an unfortunate bad situation if my husband didn't think quickly someone could had gotten hurt It just made the stay very inconvenient and not a great experience at all.

Liked: Nice staff.Clean rooms with kitchen, comfortable space.Great value for money.
Disliked: A little far from the main attractions, which wasn't a big problem since we were by car.

Liked: Clean room. Well maintained. Quien. Excelente staff, kind yet profesional. It’s the second time i stay and if returning to Kissimme i will stay there even if i have to drive long to stay there.
Disliked: I hope it had a small restaurante.

Liked: good breakfast , could do with toast , too much sweet and not enough savoury, great location staff very helpfull, shower wasnt working told them and it was fixed before breakfast had finished
