Liked: Bed was comfy and the reception staff were friendly
Disliked: I booked a room with a view overlooking the street and instead we got a view of an ugly brick wall, not even a garden, I looked outside once and we had the worst room on the bottom level with people screaming and yelling next door, that was the only time I went outside and had the curtains closed the whole time so I didn't have to see it. This was not what I paid $550 for

Disliked: Not open 24/7. So had a lot of mucking around to get keys to room and get inside. Instructions were sent to go to safe etc but with luggage etc it is abit of a struggle to just to your room.
