Poor

Disliked: Room appeared nothing photo, significantly smaller than advertising. I believe I was short-changed and given a room cheaper than what I had paid for. Staff initially tried to charge me a 50% deposit when checking in despite it being paid in full. Whilst advertised services were available, they are still lacking. Bathroom was a shower curtain occupying the same space as a toilet.

Very pleasant and affordable

Liked: Everything was clean, comfortable, convenient and the staff was amazing
Disliked: The remote control for the TV did not work but it was no big deal as we were hardly ever there.

Staff if friendly and helpful.

Liked: Location is fabulous. located near train and light rail as well as to all eateries.
Disliked: just that the room is a little small for 3 persons.
