Good location in Sydney CBD,...

Liked: The first room allocated was poor.It was very small, noisy against the elevator, drafts, sheer window covering, Dull and basic.After advising the receptionist I was allocated another room.The 2nd room allocated was like the pictures on Booking .com, comfortable, clean, quiet and well appointed.
Disliked: Location, helpful staff, good price.

Liked: The position was great right near the QV and public transport
Disliked: Rooms were really small and the bathroom was the size of a closet. The whole place had a weird smell and there were people coming and going all night. Doors slamming etc

Weekend stay

Liked: We loved the location. Very convenient and close to everything we wanted.
Disliked: It was super noisy having our room next to the lifts. We were up all night due to the loud sounds caused by the lifts. The room was also not advertised the same as the one that we were given. The room was also very small.

Comfortable stay in Sydney CBD...

Liked: Location is perfect for inner city stay, close access to the Town Hall train station, direct from the Airport train to there, and also convenient to walk to Sydney Town Hall where the event was we travelled for.
Disliked: The basic room is very tiny, fine for one guest but would be difficult for a couple. Shower and bathroom is extremely small, shower curtain stuck to me whilst showering.

Liked: The Park Regis is fantastic. It has transport at the front door, its walking distance to everything. The staff are great and very helpful. So I do reccommend staying here.
Disliked: The only thing I did not like about my stay this time was the size of the bathroom. We had a corner room and the bathroom was too small for my liking. I will stay here again, but I will ask for a room that is not on a corner of the building.
