Great place to stay!

Liked: Great stay! We have overnighted here a couple of times now when passing through Townsville. Comfortable rooms. Great location. Quiet. Friendly staff. Secure car parking.

Not as expected

Liked: Large apartment.
Disliked: Tv didn't work in bedroom. Poor layout with stairs to contend with. Very outdated. Reception staff was not helpful at all.

Good location. Very expensive and...

Liked: Spacious; safe and secure; great location
Disliked: A very tired property badly in need of a major refresh. Shower in the bathtub is a falls hazard. Very expensive.

Liked: Location is good, bed comfortable, apartment roomy and staff excellent
Disliked: Rooms could do with a refurbish as well as kitchen utensils/appliances need upgrading
