Liked: Great location, spacious, comfortable apartment.

Great place, good views, would...

Liked: Very comfortable, lovely view . Good amenities. Comfy beds and pillows. Would stay again.
Disliked: Nothing, everything was as expected.

Great location, rooms and mattresses...

Liked: Location is great, staff member at reception on arrival was helpful and friendly, security for vehicle is a plus
Disliked: Been stayng almost 15 yrs and the standards have dropped in last 12-18months. Bird mess dried up on the balcony had been there some time, mattresses are beyond their use by date, vent in bathroom is filthy. I love the Park Regis but this may have been my last stay due to the drop in standards.

Quiet location close to shops...

Liked: Comfy bedding. Great location. Easy walking distance to eateries, stadium and mall. Key access only to rooms and parking.
Disliked: Rusty stovetop and bird droppings on outdoor furniture.
