Liked: Room was great
Disliked: TV did not have connection, played up on all the channels. Staff knew about it and did not warn us, nor offered a discount

I can't wait to stay...

Liked: I really enjoyed the relaxing and comfortable room, the fun and family-friendly Easter (Dog Man) hunt, and the wonderful staff, especially the friendly bar manager who was great with the kids. It rained for two days while we were there, but it was so relaxing to just sit in our room in the morning and look out over the golf course. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would love to come back.
Disliked: I was disappointed that the TV in our room wasn’t working, which would have been nice during the rainy days. I also found the pool experience frustrating, as there were many kids jumping, diving, and bomb diving, making it hard for other guests to relax. It would have been helpful to have clearer signage around the pool to remind families of the pool rules.

Great for a 2-3 night...

Liked: Cleanliness was excellent, view was amazing of the course. The complimentary hot chocolate upon check in is a very nice touch, especially on a cold rainy day. I highly recommend paying extra for a room on the golf course side, the balconies/windows are worth it, if you are on the other side then you will be looking into the car park.
Disliked: Breakfast is great, with enough variety to have something for everyone, however the selection isn't overly impressive.

Pleasant but the hotel could...

Liked: Very spacious rooms and an easy drive to and from the main town.
Disliked: The walls of the rooms offer almost no sound proofing. We had families with kids on both sides of us and we could hear every time the children played, squeaked a toy, cried, spoke, parent got frustrated etc (not their fault, regular family stuff)… but there should be better soundproofing for the comfort of all guests.
