Liked: Brand new hotel.
Disliked: Price of room was way too high. Breakfast that was included was no better than a budget hotel.

A great option close to...

Liked: Loved the decor and amenities and the comfortable room. The staff was also extremely helpful when we had a few issues. Very easy to find and they had some great breakfast and happy hour events. Great beer selection too!
Disliked: The only thing that would have improved the stay would be having the hotel shuttle run to Canal Park, and ideally, downtown Duluth more often and not only on-demand. While close to the beach, the hotel was a bit removed from bars and restaurants.

I would definitely recommend &stay...

Liked: The breakfast was best ever! &They had food, drinks , snacks avail 23/7. Friendly, extra fun no charge smores, cocktail hour, tea towels. Extra towels in room& at pool. Walking distance to beach.Clean, liked balcony& water view.
Disliked: Can't think of anything.
