Generally very good, but the little things do matter. Very good position by that river.

Liked: Nice room; comfy bed and good food.
Disliked: Maybe it's a result of Covid but bedmaking was not on the menu and room goodies like tea, coffee and milk were not replenished unless specifically requested.

Was ok but wouldn’t return...

Disliked: Shower didn’t work and flooded the bathroom was reported they fixed it but left all the dirty wet towels on the floor with no dry clean ones so we couldn’t shower anyway! Not very helpful

Exceptional

Liked: Perfect location. We could reach by foot London Eye, Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Chinatown, Soho, Waterloo station etc... Staff is also very nice. Very good breakfast from 6,30 to 10,30. Any time we'll return to London, we'll use this hotel.
