Generally very good, but the little things do matter. Very good position by that river.

Liked: Nice room; comfy bed and good food.
Disliked: Maybe it's a result of Covid but bedmaking was not on the menu and room goodies like tea, coffee and milk were not replenished unless specifically requested.

Liked: The service in this hotel is so amazing that any issues with the facilities (they would use a small freshening up) is more than compensated. It was incredible! Also you really cannot beat the location, close enough to walk, uber or take metro, bus or boat to pretty much everywhere without feeling unsafe or crowded. The breakfast buffet is NOT worth it imho. The pool is a fantastic break from london craziness.

Disliked: We agreed not to have our room cleaned and got 4!!! bottles of wine .We asked if we could substitute for coke or a breakfast and was told no. 4bottles of wine is a lot and everyone drinks ,it would be nice to have more choices .I like the fact that you give the choice of not having the room service so often
