Generally very good, but the little things do matter. Very good position by that river.

Liked: Nice room; comfy bed and good food.
Disliked: Maybe it's a result of Covid but bedmaking was not on the menu and room goodies like tea, coffee and milk were not replenished unless specifically requested.

We would most certainly stay...

Liked: The breakfast was excellent; there was something for everyone, and you didn't need to look for a vacant table on your own. The breakfast room was huge and there were no long queues.The location was perfect for our needs, and the view from our room was outstanding (Big Ben). The room definitely met our expectations. Our stay was pretty perfect.
Disliked: The bathroom sink was already blocked when we got there and got worse every day (we stayed there for six nights), and despite promises, no-one came to fix it.

Great location to visit London...

Liked: The location was perfect right by Big Ben and Westminster Abbey.The staff is friendly and welcoming and the airconditioning was a MUST for 90 degree weather in London.I will return to this hotel !
Disliked: Door handle in bathroom stuck....I forgot to tell front desk...
