Generally very good, but the little things do matter. Very good position by that river.

Liked: Nice room; comfy bed and good food.
Disliked: Maybe it's a result of Covid but bedmaking was not on the menu and room goodies like tea, coffee and milk were not replenished unless specifically requested.

I had to get cleaner...

Liked: Amazing location
Disliked: I booked 2 rooms under one booking! We were put on separate floors . Did ask to be on same floor but told hotel is full . Do not understand as we are travelling as a family.

Looking for a good location,...

Liked: The location is perfect. Right by Big Ben, Parliament and the Eye. Good room, great views and an okay breakfast.
Disliked: The breakfast needs work. Same old, same old. The scrambled eggs were way less than good; otherwise, the rest was fine. The cost for our stay was higher than what we expected for the value received.
